New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson is sporting some fresh ink after a year full of controversy for the forward.
Williamson was seen getting a cross tattooed on his chest with an angry gorilla inside of it.
The whole process was documented by the artist, Andres Ortega of Onder Ink in Arizona, who flew out to New Orleans to do the work.
Ortega told TMZ that the whole process took about three hours to complete.
Williamson celebrated the birth of a child in November with his longtime girlfriend, Ahkeema Jones.
But this has also been a year that Williamson was harrassed and accused of having an affair with porn star Moriah Mills.
